Sapori di Casa is the company of a farming family in which the sons are now also actively involved. The fruits, which are mostly home-grown, are harvested at the optimal time of ripeness and immediately processed by hand in their own company. The aim is to bring products to the customer's table that smell and taste as they once did. If the respective harvest is sold out, production can only be resumed with the next harvest, as in the past. Fruits that cannot be grown themselves or in sufficient quantities (San Marzano tomatoes) are produced by friendly farmers in the neighbourhood.
