This dark-roasted southern Italian espresso is a blend with a high proportion of the best Robusta beans. These come from both India and Africa and provide the density and body for this espresso. Dieser dunkel geröstete süditalienische Espresso ist eine Mischung mit hohem Anteil bester Robusta-Bohnen. Diese stammen sowohl aus Indien, als auch aus Afrika und bringen die Dichte und den Körper für diesen Espresso mit. Seine Aromen und leichte Fruchtigkeit geben ihm die Arabica-Bohnen aus Mittel- und Südamerika. Der Espresso Sicillia hat ein kräftig, würziges Aroma, das lange anhält, eine anregende nussige Note, eine dezente und fruchtige Säure.
