Moderate temperatures, plenty of sun in the morning, refreshing showers over midday and the nutrient-rich volcanic soil provide ideal conditions. This excellent coffee from the South Seas has a rich, fruity body with a particularly fine acidity. With its unmistakable aroma and a sweet, nutty note, it is one of the absolute gourmet coffees.
